WAYS TO BE HAPPY AND POSITIVE
Howdy, stranger!
Shobika here, we all know happiness and positivity go hand in hand but they aren't the same. Happiness is a state of mood while positivity is a state of mind. Life is a series of storms and peace. Of course, a certain period feels like a test that you didn't study for. Nevertheless, it is important to take care of yourself and to be positive.
Also, I am not a professional I'm just a girl who has the hobby of writing because it's something that keeps her contented. These are just the ideas of my perspective.

Travel:
"The world is a book and those who don't travel read only one page".

Don't forget your mask
You can visit lively, pleasing, or even picturesque Places around the world. Explore the various culture and ambiances. Pick yourself your best buddy or you can even travel alone to have your own aesthetic time.
Make it your short-term goal, save some money. The excitement of meeting your goal will keep you going throughout the process.
"Treasure experiences more than possessions"
Well, It's bad manners to let vacation wait so knock it off and pack things up!
Do at least one nice thing to yourself every day:
Start doing things that keep you happy. Even a tiny thing counts. For instance,
👉Spend at least 5 minutes outdoor.
👉Get a quick stretch break.
👉Have a good beauty nap.
👉Do something you are very good at.
👉Learn a new skill.
👉watch shows that piques your laughter.
" Also don't forget to make a note of things you are grateful for. This will help you to stay positive which in turn affects your performance in a good way."
Accept things and let them go:
"Let go of that which you cannot control"

To start with, make a list of everything you don't have control over. These are the things which can't be changed so you can stop worrying about them.
During a moment of meditation or prayer, visualize handing those items over to your higher power and letting them go then focus on what you can control.
ANALYZE -> STRATEGIZE->TAKE ACTION
Avoid negative people:
We all have people messing around with us here and there. They are toxic, not supportive neither reliable. They might criticize, judge, or even make you feel drained and depleted after talking to them. Never end up brawling with them and wasting your time.
Those piggies are cute though😂. Okay, getting back to the topic.
Here's something you need to remember.
"When you're powerful, people want you to feel weak because you are a threat"
Ask for help:
Life gets tangled at times and we have to face things. You might assume that you can and you should handle this difficult time on your own. Many people do. But, on the contrary, a survey made on this, most say they'd never expect others to manage similar situations alone.
Then why should you do it to yourself?
Talking about your catastrophe, however, helps you understand things better and get valuable feedback from others, who have probably experienced similar levels of distress and can give you the perspective you need.
After all, positivity is a choice and I hope you will choose the best for you.
Respond accordingly :
"If you don't know what to do, do something at least."
This might not fit certain scenarios so know yours and act accordingly. Make phone calls, gather information. Listen and get a couple of feedbacks then choose one that suits your circumstances.

Music:
We all wish our lives has background music, Ahem okay at least I do.
That's how important music is for me. It plays a vital role in reducing stress. It will keep you sane. Hear feel-good songs and dance as if no one is around. Learn to play your favorite musical instrument. Learning new things will feed you confidence.
There's no crime in letting your neighbors listen to some excellent music whether they like it or not😂
Perceive the scenario as an outsider:
When life throws tantrums at you, just unwind yourself and observe the situation as if you were an outsider. You might derive some useful out of box ideas that you wouldn't have come up with, Within the midst of your anxiety.

Prioritize self-care:
"Adulthood is overrated"
A great many people utter this statement out of frustration, and it is not surprising. Being an adult comes with overwhelming responsibilities. At this busy, developing and vulnerable stage of life taking care of yourself and finding ways to make yourself stress-free and better is salient.
" That is how you take back your power or nurture it".
Well, let's see.
Self-care is what you do for your physical, emotional and psychological well-being.
Physical activity:
You get nothing by sitting idle like a couch potato all day, rather go for a quick jog or workout for at least 30 minutes a day. keep your body moving. You can also opt for dancing, cycling, swimming, yoga together with regular pranayama in the morning to draw some fresh air into the lungs. It reduces your stress and makes you feel satisfied for the day as well.
Self-care routine:
Follow a self-care routine weekly or whenever you feel like it. Investing your time in yourself will never disappoint you.
Read self-help books, learn new skills every day, take good care of your skin, body, and hair as well, have a proper head-to-toe routine, get a head massage from your sibling or your mom, even a home facial.
Update your vogue from time to time. Get dolled up whenever you feel like it. This will enhance your good mood.
Read articles regarding personality development, building confidence, personal grooming. This will eventually become your hobby and help you get better.

Oh, you came this far, too happy about it.

Remember, everyone is different so they heal differently. Be patient with yourself, once you bounce back, spread that positivity where ever you go.
